Abay Bank has conducted two days Strategic Planning Workshop for its Board of Directors and Executive Management team at Haile Grand Hotel, Addis Ababa.

In his speech, Yehuala Gesesse, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, addressed that as the Bank is in the process of developing its Grand Five Year Strategic Plan, the workshop provides insights on the bases of competitive advantage, strategic direction and methods of pursuing the strategy to the Bank’s Board Members and higher level Management Team.

The workshop was organized in collaboration with TWINE International consultancy, a London – based consulting organization specialized in Strategy Development.
