Abay Bank S.C. has organized a six-day strategic planning retreat program for the Bank’s Strategic Development Technical Team at Haile Grand Hotel, Addis Ababa.

Wondifraw Tadesse, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of the Bank in his speech addressed that the Bank is in the process of developing its Grand Five Years Strategic Plan, and the retreat will help the strategy development effort by creating an enabling environment for crafting bases for competitive advantage, setting the strategy direction and methods of pursuing in the strategic document preparation.
