Abay Bank S.C has awarded prizes to winners of the 6th round “Saving & Foreign exchange prize-linked promotion” at Haile Grand Addis Ababa Hotel.

On the occasion, Chief Executive officer of Abay Bank, Yehuala Gesesse, in his welcoming remarks, noted that the prize-linked promotion is organized to encourage public saving culture and promote legal foreign currency exchange practices, and to reward customers for their loyalty to the Bank. The CEO further described that the Bank has above 2 million customers and 460 branches throughout the country, and mentioned that the winners are Ambassadors of the Bank and congratulated all winners.

Mr Tofik Assefa, a teacher from Ajibar Town, a neighborhood of Dessie town, is the winner of the 1st prize, which is the latest Suzuki Desire Automobile. He expressed his delight in winning the award and thanked Abay Bank for keeping its promise.

The Bank has presented one latest Suzuki Desire Automobile, ten refrigerators, ten laptop computers, ten televisions and twenty Smartphone apparatuses for a prize-linked promotion program.

The “6th round Saving & Foreign exchange prize-linked promotion” was held from September 2022 to January 2022.
